The rights of Women is the right of the world

In todays society, we tend to go in a modern trend, but giving unlimited freedom to women is still a continuation of the before 19th century era. We all consider the role of women to be a very simple and minor being that they have the duty of maintaining the household activities such as cooking for the family, Cleaning up after peoples messes, doing the laundry and many more. Even fulfilling this much of a workload is not a duty that is taken notice of or appreciated by the members of the family, instead the members of the family, most commonly the husband would demand more commitment for the household activities. This even puts more pressure on the woman as she is not free to do as she would please, yet her sacrifice, does not put her in a better admiration in the family.

The anchor that at times keep women at bay from their big dreams are men, as we live in a patriarchal society where men can overpower women. This makes it uneasy for the married woman to escape the clutches of her husband as in fear of loosing him, after all the woman wants to make the married life worthwhile for him. When considering a insensible man, the situation of the woman becomes very dangerous. Sometimes in a very toxic environment, men having the high amount of power would abuse the woman from any reason, such as, being unfulfilled with the woman's household work, or for his entertainment. This will leave the woman with scars, bruises, trauma, horrific memories and a negative outlook on life. This is known as domestic abuse being that this could be the first situation of abuse being that it initially comes from a place warmth and comfort, now being destroyed.

Going a step forward to getting a formal education, then in turn getting a good job role in society such as being a doctor, lawyer and other prestigious roles, is an option that some women do have access to, but a new challenge of dealing with constant stereotypes and workplace mistreatment will be an additional package that women will receive with their jobs. Situations like male employees bossing you to stay back on the workload of your organization and even the male boss, not looking to give a chance due to her gender. This scenario shows the strong influence of the patriarchal society, stronger than ever in the workplace where women are present. Not all women are treated in that manner, but it is important to note that this very common for the majority of women in the world.

With men having the higher position in the society, with or without the women having a very high social status, for the mans enjoyment he would command an innocent girl to do anything according to his wishes, promising he would take her higher in life in order for her to achieve her dreams and ensure a comfortable life. This gives a wrong sense of hard work and even feeling uncomfortable with the mans wishes, leaving the women at the end unfulfilled left with nothing by following this path. Even if the woman would refuse the mans wishes, she would be forced to live under them, this is in relation with trafficking of young girls by men in order to abuse them according to their wishes.

Going back to the topic of formal education and job opportunities for women, where today it is accessible mostly in some way or another by women, there are underprivileged girls whose parents would try the best for their sons education but no for their daughters as of their traditional views, being that woman should take care of the household and not do the role of a man as they are too weak. But in reality, women are way stronger than they look, today you can see women driving cars even better than some men and in a family, your mother would be there for you, if your father is away from home, they are more than capable of not only doing a job, but even balancing it with taking care of the household and children. Surely now you can believe a woman has the capabilities of a man, if not more capable than a man.

Today there are still women wanting the opportunity to be educated, get a good job and be successful, but due to factors like the Patriarchal society, Old traditional views and the stereotypes of women, it has become a fit and an uneasy journey for them to even survive with them and to be honest, life is able to go on because of them being that as mothers they are fully giving you love throughout your childhood and giving life to a new human who could change the world are all things exclusive to all women. So just imagine the world, if they too could do wonders by doing their jobs perfectly with newfound creativity that could boost new heights for innovation faster. But it will only happen if we open up to the idea as the world is in dire need of women having equality as any other life form on earth.
